Total Renovation of Pinangsia Urban Village Office Must Run Well

Jakarta Bappeda wants total renovation towards Pinangsia Urban Village Office, Jalan Mangga Dua III, Pinangsia Urban Village, Taman Sari, West Jakarta to run well and can be finished on time.

Total renovation has touched 70 percent

Dany Sumirat of Sub-Division Head of Tata Praja, Jakarta Bappeda said fund for total renovation would spend Rp 5.3 billion.

"The office is now standing on a 299-square-meter wide land. Thus total renovation has touched 70 percent," he stated, when he monitored the project in the field, Monday (12/11).

Disdik Asked to Target School Renovation Based on RPJMD

He explained, there are leaving some unfinished project such as sills, ventilation and sanitary. Thus, the review of the project needs to be done thus the three main aspects such as quality and time are really paid attention.

"We want to make sure the total renovation work is done well by a third party," he stressed.

Meanwhile, Suryana (53), Project Manager uttered, according to the contract, the project must be finished on December 20, 2017.

"We will try our best to finish on time. If not, we will ask for extension until December 30, 2017," he said.
